Over the course of Anthony Frazier’s career, the craftsmanship, talent and unmatched attention to detail has distinguished his approach and helped him assemble a diverse portfolio of projects which includes residential, multifamily, commercial, and institutional. He understands that excellent customer service and project management are key to nurturing exciting projects to fruition. Ultimately, Frazier’s ability to make things work combined with his passion for design enables him to create dynamic, viable spaces that are visually captivating while remaining functional. For Frazier design is a broader subject than the creation of space. Life cycle cost of systems and materials, long and short term client financial goals, and lease term/property ownership are key contributors to his design process.  With a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) and a MBA from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business, Frazier possess the unparalleled ability to not only visualize space and produce dynamic designs, but also the ability to manage expectations while providing sound fiduciary counsel.
